First I have to say WOW!! I like them all, but if I have to choose....
1 vs 2: I prefer no. 2 because it is simpler but stronger and you are closer to the people. You catched them in motion and the way they are lined up reminds me of these famous evoluton posters:

No. 1 is more like those perfect postcard pictures, but no. 2 is truly interesting. I started asking myself "where are they going? why?"
3 vs. 4: I prefer no. 3, again because it is more interesting and edgy. While no. 4 has a very straight perspective (you took the picture from the front), the perspective in no. 3 is slightly distorted (you took it from below & from the side). I like that effect plus the mystery it radiates.
